One student, Erni Andayani, expressed her deep gratitude to President Prabowo in her emotional letter. She thanked him for inaugurating Sekolah Rakyat, providing access to quality education and rekindling aspirations. The school was launched for the 2025-2026 academic year, managed by the Ministry of Social Affairs with a focus on children from economically disadvantaged families.
Sekolah Rakyat operates in 63 locations across Indonesia, catering to underprivileged children in Java, Sumatra, Sulawesi, and East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). The school offers complete facilities, nutritious meals, and a supportive environment for students to pursue their dreams. The students express their gratitude to President Prabowo for the opportunity and pledge to become the Golden Generation of the nation.
